1. Custom Orders

"Do you take custom requests?"
At this time, I do not offer custom orders. However, I occasionally release made-to-order pieces—sign up for my newsletter to be the first to know when they’re available!

2. Button & Fabric Care (If applicable to your products)

"How should I care for fabric buttons, patches, or textile items?"
Fabric buttons and textile pieces are handmade and may have slight variations. If needed, spot clean gently with a damp cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture.

3. Shipping & Tracking

"Do you provide tracking?"
All orders ship via USPS, and tracking will be provided when available. Once your order is shipped, I am not responsible for postal delays or lost packages, but feel free to reach out if you have concerns.

4. International Orders (Hopefully coming soon…)

"Do you ship internationally?"
At this time, I only ship within the U.S.

5. Packaging & Sustainability

"How is my order packaged?"
I try to use minimal and eco-friendly packaging whenever possible, including recycled materials for shipping.

6. Order Issues & Contact

"What if I entered the wrong shipping address?"
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact me as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, I cannot change the address or issue a refund for misdelivered packages.

7. Limited Stock & Restocks

"Will you restock sold-out items?"
Many of my pieces are one-of-a-kind or made in small batches, and once they’re gone, they may not return. However, I occasionally restock favorites—join my newsletter to stay updated on new drops and restocks!

8. Gift Orders

"Can I send my order as a gift?"
Yes! If you’re sending a gift, just enter the recipient’s address at checkout. I don’t include pricing info in the package. If you’d like me to include a short handwritten note, just let me know in the order notes!

9. Wholesale or Bulk Orders

"Do you offer wholesale pricing or bulk discounts?"
I am a small-batch maker, and my work is mostly one-of-a-kind. However, if you’re interested in a wholesale or bulk order, feel free to reach out, and we can discuss possibilities.

10. Order Cancellations

"Can I cancel my order?"
Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed, as I begin processing them quickly. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.
